Once the cabin is delivered and set up, most owners can have it listed and taking bookings within 1–2 weeks — that's the time it takes to connect utilities, add furnishings, photograph it and get it live on Airbnb or a booking platform. The cabin itself arrives guest-ready from a build perspective.

Movable — as long as you don't install permanent piers. The cabin sits on a skid base, so it can be relocated if needed. If you install piers or a concrete slab, it becomes more permanent. Most customers use a gravel pad, which keeps the cabin movable.

Mostly turnkey — the cabin arrives built, wired, and plumbed. You will still need a licensed electrician and plumber for the final on-site connections, and you'll need to source your own soft furnishings and decor. If you choose the Best tier, we take care of most of the interior setup. Think of it as: the hard part is done, you just need to make it feel like home.

The main ones people don't fully budget for are: soft furnishings and decor (bedding, towels, cushions, rugs, kitchenware — everything a guest touches), utility connection costs which vary by site and distance to mains, site preparation beyond a gravel pad, and HVAC if you want air conditioning or heating beyond the wood stove.
